I’ve an ‘action packed’ day of sports today! Some of it may be in front of the television but it’s action packed nonetheless.
I started my day with Matt Chilton’s excellent commentary from Cortina for the first-leg of the Woman’s Slalom. Next up was an hour of on-line Pilates with Adam Farrer before my 40-minute power-walk. I managed to return home just in time for the second-leg of the World Championship’s Woman’s Slalom. After lunch I squeezed in a quick round of weights in the garden just before the rain.
Still to come is the Woman’s Final of the Australian Open. If time permits I’m hoping to watch some golf before the Liverpool v Everton match. What a day of sport and tomorrow’s line up isn’t half bad either!
