The 3-to-5 centimetres of fresh snow on Wednesday did freshen things up a little, just enough to make a difference. Still, we don’t have a lot of options but there is still some fun skiing to be had and it was another satisfying morning. (see photos)
It looks as if we’ll get some snow next week starting on Sunday morning, and snowing off-and-on until Friday. We’ve been teased before so we aren’t taking anything for granted, but we should see enough to give us a much deserved ‘fresh canvas’. Fingers crossed on that one!
It promises to be a great apres in the Danois tonight. Karen and Andreas will be playing in front of an excellent ‘Alpine’ turnout, including Tash’s girls team on their last night. See you there and stay tuned!
PS What a fantastic result for Man U v Barcelona last night. I settled in to watch it but it wasn’t on CanalPlus and I missed it. United fans are now getting seriously excited as their new manager seems like one of the great in the making and they have become a formidable team again.
