My garden is slowly starting to take shape. I’m still waiting on roughly 35 plants to flower and fill out. When they do they’ll add some lovely colour to our garden. I’ll keep you posted with some periodic garden updates as it all matures.
I picked up four chilli plants from my golf-mate Bill yesterday morning. They are Apache chilies, which are quite hot as well as decorative. I’ve posted a couple of photos of Bill and his view, which is fantastic. Thanks for the plants and lunch as well Bill. And see you on the first tee at 8AM on Thursday!
Last night all the girls were out. Gill was walking and having a picnic with her friend Nicki. Millie and Katie had headed off to Kingston for a concert so I was alone for the evening. I went up to the golf course to practice and had the course to myself. It was a stunning evening and I’m so lucky to have such a wonderful place three minutes from home! (see photos)
Stay tuned for more news and photos soon. And remember that the planning is up and running so don’t hesitate to send me your dates!
PS I forgot to mention that Millie won the Mid-Week Stableford on Monday. She’s practicing and warming up for the Club Championship’s this weekend. Millie picked up a few quid for her efforts and is looking forward to the weekend. And a big happy birthday to Tchenko!
