It’s has been too long since the last post so I thought I’d better get with it.
I’ve posted some photos of Katie’s Prom, which was held last Friday. Because of Covid restrictions it was curtailed but the school did a great job putting on and event that allowed the girls to wear their beautiful dresses and for the kids to enjoy a social event. They thoroughly enjoyed it and thanks to everyone at Broadwater who helped to stage the event.
Thanks also to Tink and Paul for providing the cars and driving the girls to the prom. Tink’s beautiful vintage Sunbeam (around 95-years-old) was a big hit and made for a very classy entrance for Katie and her friend Lilly. And thank you to my golfing pal Paul for taking Katie’s friends Ellie and Elisa in his Porsche.
Millie has been extremely busy working at the Jolly Farmer pub in Bramley. She’s also dog-sitting for her grandparents once a week and in her free time is managing to play some golf.Meanwhile Katie is working one to two shifts a week at the Red Lion in Shamley Green and doing some baby-sitting as well.
Gill is very busy at work but managing to play quite a bit of tennis as well. It’s no surprise that I’m playing as much golf as possible while teaching Pilates on Zoom.
Check out the photos and stay tuned as I will most likely be posting again with more news tomorrow.
Enjoy the Euros, I’m loving it!!!
