I’ve just waved goodbye to Millie and Anna. They’ve had a brilliant week and it’s been so much fun having them here. They’ve skied all day everyday, we’ve had fantastic food, great music sessions, a couple of cracking nights in the Danois, stunning weather and all-round good fun. I’m missing them already!
Today I had a new group so I skied pretty much exactly what I skied yesterday. I really enjoyed it and knew from yesterday that there was still room for a return journey, so it was a bit of a no-brainer really.
The sun continues to shine and the temperatures have shot up. The cold weather has been replaced by spring-like temperatures and we’ll have a spring snow option in the next day or two.
Last night’s Super Bowl was an absolute classic with the Kansas City Chiefs beating the Philadelphia Eagles 38-35 with a last second field goal. I haven’t watched the Super Bowl for about 35 years as it’s way too late and takes way too long. With TV commercials and a prolonged halftime show they’ve turned a 2-and-a-half hour game into a 5-hour bore. I love the NFL but I can’t deal with what they’ve done to such a magnificent game!
Stay tuned for more news and photos tomorrow!
