It’s one week today that I’ll be having my hip replacement. Twenty-two years after my left-hip was resurfaced my right-hip has finally packed in. I’ve been waiting for it to happen for quite a few years now and must say that it didn’t owe me anything. The signs were there last winter but this summer it took a turn for the worse and surgery is now necessary. This time next week I’ll be back in my bed starting to think about my rehabilitation. After being inactive since September I’m really looking forward to playing golf this summer and preparing for next winter.
Speaking of ops Andreas unfortunately snapped his interior cruciate ligament in his left knee a couple of days ago. He has an appointment in the next few days with a specialist and will know more then about his course of treatment. If he needs surgery he wants to get it done as soon as possible so that he can start his rehab. What a bummer!!!
For those who are able to ski Thomas is taking people out and Chris is available as well.
All Hammers fans everywhere are in dreamland! I don’t want to say too much or crow about it as I don’t want to jinx the boys. And after a very difficult game with Tottenham we’ve perhaps the toughest game of the season this Saturday. We’re up against the red-hot-and-mighty boys of Man City away from home. Come on you Hammers!!!
