Just to let you all know that I’m available for on-line Zoom Pilates. I didn’t even know Zoom existed 18-months ago but have been using it for teaching ever since. Zoom allowed me to work during the initial lock-down periods and I’ve continued with it since.
On-line Pilates as also allowed me to reconnect with people. I’ve a couple of clients who had moved away from the Guildford area and we’ve been doing weekly sessions since late-March 2020. If you’ve a bad back or are just interested in trying Pilates give me a call. It will be nice to see you even if it’s through a computer screen!
I’ve had an eventful morning as my i-phone has died. For those of you who I’m in contact with please don’t think I’m ignoring you. It’s a bit of a crisis when you get so dependent on your phone and I can seriously recommend an old fashion address book to write down your numbers. I can’t even phone my daughters who have taken themselves to the beach in Millie’s car this morning!
Music Review: If you haven’t heard Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album ‘Sour’ I highly recommend it. She wrote it at 17 and I find it incredible that such a young person can write such powerful, mature and emotional songs. Don’t be put off by the first song, which might be a little raunchy for some. I loved the entire album and it’s well worth a concentrated listen!
PS Panic over as I managed to reboot my phone!!!
