We all went to bed last night expecting great things this morning. With snow falling in the village early evening no one was expecting the affect of rain/warmth/wind so high up the mountain. It all added up to slightly more ‘educational’ snow this morning, even on the Pisaillas Glacier.
With that said we had good visibility, which helped enormously. And even though it wasn’t the easiest skiing I thought it was pretty jolly good for the most part. (see photos)
Have a great evening and a Happy New Year!
PS Thanks to Tchenko for the use of his van for my taxi run.
