There was 30cm’s of fresh snow on my balcony this morning with some teasing light that meant we might be able to see something, and everyone was pretty excited at the Gourmandine. After a couple of cold days it was much warmer today and the heat and humidity affected the snow as well as some overnight wind. Anything in the lee that wasn’t wind-pressed skied beautifully even if it was warm but any slopes worked over by the wind were pretty ‘educational’.
Thanks to Johnnie Alpine for another great meal and after watching the Hammers win their fourth in a row I was in the mood. Tonight we’re watching Liverpool v Man U and that will be my last match as the girls arrive Wednesday night and it will be ‘family time’.
Congratulations to Millie for winning the Young Ambassador Award at the Bramley Golf Club Awards last night. Well done Mils, and James is really proud of you!
