Our Programme 2021-2022

With Covid19 playing havoc with everyone’s life at the moment it is very difficult to make plans in the current health and political climate. Jean Marc is working hard to come up with a plan for next winter and he’ll update his schedule when he has a better idea of this year’s possibilities. Below is last season’s touring programme to give you a taste of what Jean Marc would like to do.

 

Here are some of our journeys that were planned for last winter!

8 to 15 and 15 to 22 December 2019, Val d’Isère
Ski touring and off piste based in Val d’Isère
A classical period based in Val d’Isère to start the season.
According to the conditions, day tours or off-piste.

5 to 12 Jan, Val Devero
Based in Crampiolo, a magical and comfy place, day tour. Photos…

12 to 19 January, Val Devero ski touring & snow shoeing
The perfect way to share a mountain trip with all the family.
We will run day tours from Crampiolo.
Olivier will lead you to the best skiing whilst
Claire or Eric will lead the others on snow shoes …

22 of Feb to 29 of Feb & 29 of Feb to 7 of March, Norway Finnmark (with Jean-René Minelli)
A wonderful sea and mountain trip on our own live aboard, the Aztec-Lady
Using her as a travelling hut, we have the best means of exploring the fjords
and islands and the flexibility to enjoy the best conditions.
In addition, we are often rewarded on this trip with days shows of Northern Lights!

8 to 15 March , Dolomites
A ski trip in the heart of the amazing western Dolomites.
Every night we sleep in very comfy guest houses and huts.

5 to 12 April , the Imperial “Haute-Route”
A technical Valaisan hut to hut tour, on glacier, far from the crowd.
This tour is dedicated to alpiniste skier.

27 April to 13 May, Polar Urals, Russia ( with Jean-René Minelli )
A Full Russia ! Not unusually, ski touring will be a pretext for the trip and for sure we will ski in the Urals – 2500 km of unexplored mountains between – Europe and Asia – just for us ! But the element which will bring our voyage of discovery to life will be the contrasts : as well as skiing we will travel on the Trans – Siberian Railway, by hovercraft and amphibious vehicle…
