Ultra Light!!!

It was a beautiful walk home last night from Johnnie Alpine’s (thanks John for a great meal and the rugby) with big flakes of snow falling straight down and there was no doubt that we were in for a good morning today. Unfortunately there was a slow opening due to blasting but once we got going it was high quality skiing with just enough light for most of the morning. Thomas and my teams skied two great runs skiers-left on the Fontaine Froide, followed by one skiers-right and then on down the Epaule du Charvet, which was fantastic, followed by a stunning Tour du Charvet via TJ’s Shoulder with just enough light, and then two excellent runs off a nose in the Super L in very flat light to finish. It was a brilliant morning and we really have had some wonderful skiing so far this season!

Chris is skiing with the Ski Club this week and I didn’t hear anything from him this morning while Andreas had the day off and I haven’t seen Henry for a few days.

I’m off to John’s for a football double-header followed by curry. Boy, life is tough sometimes!!! Stay tuned for sunshine tomorrow!!!
